I spread the words everywhere I go. I place Ulesanâ€™s name on websites, make it sure nobody fall in his trap. Mr. Ulesan reputation and his company, Rent It Build It Remodel It On Inc. 35 Lakeside Dr. Asheville, North Carolina, 28806 will be labeled for a long time. No one wants to do business with someone who has a bad reputation. Here is my story. On October 31, 2006 Mr. Ulesan needed money urgently for his company. I trusted him, so I told him I could help him out for a short period of time. We wrote up a Promissory Note and I received a North Carolina Deed of Trust document. With two witnesses we signed the Promissory note for 6 month agreement, and he agreed that he will pay me the loan $15,000.00 with interest within 6 month the longest may take 1 year. 6 months later Mr. Ulesan could not come up with the money and 1 year later on October 31, 2007, Mr. Ulesan can not pay me back either. I called him up almost every day, and then the â€œPromise is Promise." I thought we have an honest business. But he always found excuses, lies to why he couldn't pay my money back. Every week Mr. Ulesan would tell me that next week he will pay me, but it never happened. He changed his phone numbers. He is hiding from me. Ulesan your time will come! Negative attitude doesn't resolve problems, good communication does. Anyone out there who wants to do business with Ulesan and his company, Rent It Build It Remodel It On Inc. in Asheville, North Carolina, THINK TWICE.
