I found WeFightTickets.Com a business card size flyer where they promising 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. They claim to fight any kind of tickets such as parking tickets, red light camera, no standing, expired meter tickets etc.
On their flyer it has a sign: No Fees Until We Win Your Case.
They stick their flyer on the windshield of the car or the driver side window in Brooklyn NY streets. I thought they are experienced lawyers who is good in that case. But I was wrong they rip people's money for no reason even they say no fees until you win it. In the beginning I called them and tried to explain my ticket details that I'm not guilty and I don't want any reduction, I want to fight to be fair and get full refund. The front desk lady asked my plate number and my credit card information in case of if they win it. But I warned them three times if they can't win case don't do reduction by online or let me know before any action. I could do reduction myself, but I don't need it, because I wasn't guilty. So I called them every week for case status, each time I call they said it's still pending. Bottom line: anyway they did online reduction without letting me know. They made me as a guilty to get offer (reduction) from NYC Finance Dept. and on top of it they charged me $10 fee for doing reduction. What they did, they just waited for ticket's last amount due date and when one day left for amount due date they just simply went online to do reduction.
I called them back for explanation and refund, the front desk lady couldn't help me and she transfered me to her boss after I cursed. Another lady who claimed as a business owner, she said she gonna give me a call back later to solve this issue. After that she never call me back.
They are big scammers and liars! It's better to deal with the real lawyer but not wefighttickets.com. Don't trust them, don't give them your credit card & car plate number. They don't fight, they do simple online reduction which you could do yourself at . After that they will send you following message:
We are trully sorry but unfortunatley your ticket came back guilty but we were still able to save you money.We saved you $20.00 and charged you $10.00 which is half of your savings and a payment of $75.00 was made to nyc with your credit card.
We hope to be more successful next time.
