I am writing to file a complaint against Waterfield Credit Repair in Tampa, FL. I orirginally signed up for their credit repair services on 06/21/10. After several months of using their services, I only gained minimal results and due to being unsatisfied with those results, I requested to have all credit repair services from Waterfield Credit cancelled on 10/21/10 via a written request that was sent to two individuals, Steve Miller of Waterfield Credit and a A. Gary of CreditProInc who I was told to carbon copy on the cancellation request e-mail by Steve Miller. I want to let it be known that Steve Miller was the individual handling my credit repair case I have corresponded with him via phone and e-mail on several occasions before the cancellation request. I also spoke directly to Steve Miller via telephone on 10/21/10 and he told me that the cancellation request would be taken care of. On 11/18/10, I noticed that my credit card had been charged $87.00 once again. I immediately contacted Steve Miller via phone to address this issue and to see why I am still being charged $87.00 after I requested a cancellation a MONTH EARLIER. He gave me some crap about a discrepancy with the case number and that ONE digit was incorrect. I found this to be trivial at best as this man had been working on my case for several months and has ALL of my case information is right in front of him. I once again submitted a written request via e-mail to himself and A.Gary at CreditProInc whoever that is and requested that my services be stopped ONCE AGAIN immediately for case number 156850 and that $87.00 be refunded and charged back to my card. I followed up with Steve again a week later via e-mail to get a status on the cancellation and my $87.00 being charged back to my credit card. I have yet to receive a response from Steve Miller. I have called and left messages on his cell phone 727-939-9386 about the issue and he has refused to answer and return any of my calls. I have tried contacting Waterfield Credit directly as well to address the issue and their 813-639-7647 appears to be bogus/fake and doesn't work. The only number I could reach, 1-888-829-2169, no one answers the phone and all I got was a generic voicemail. I e-mailed Andrew Canole the president of the company and Linda Wellhorn a lengthy e-mail yesterday on 12/17/10 about my dissatisfaction and their seemingly unscrupulous business practices and negligence regarding Steve Miller and their overall customer support and that I wanted a refund of my $87.00 immediately. As of this morning 12/18/10, I checked my bank account for my credit card and discovered that my card was charged $87.00 once again, bringing the total that has been frauduently charged against my credit card to $174.00. I am beyond angry with Waterfield Credit Repair's fraudulence and total lack of respect and customer service, but willingness to keep charging my card months after I have requested cancellation of their services. Please note that neither Steve Miller or anyone from Waterfield has contacted me or has attempted to rectify this issue at all. |
