wallysell took my money for a product never recived the product or money back Internet

On May 14,2011 I sent $206.00 to Zhenwei Liang to buy a xobx360 off of their site. When i sent the money they said my product will be swnt to my home in three days. On the third day i contcted them.on their websit and they told me that when it went through customs the people in coustums dropped my product and amaged it, and they had to send me me a brand new xbox360 and that will take another week. So when i contacted them a week later they told me that it was still in coustums and in order to recieve my product i had to send another $100.00. I told them that was ok and I did want the product and i wanted my money back. They told me it was going to take twenty days for me to recieve my money back. So whem i contacted them on the June 13,2011 they said their boss was out and the system was down to send the money and to vheck back next Monday. I contactwd thwm two days ago and they said everything was fine and i would be recieving my money today June 20,2011. Wheb i contcted them today i recieved no info they have been ignoring me and its been like this since i first went on the site.
