I ordered Microsoft Office Professional 2010 from these ripoff artists. They have a well-made website and even send an email receipt and confirmation upon purchase indicating the expected ship date.
So far, so good.
Package arrives from China (?) and requires a signature at the Post Office to pick it up. A little strange.
The software packaging looks EXACTLY like the Microsoft software you would see in any office supply store. The box even has the imprinted "One year free technical support" printed on it.
Go to install it and there's a problem with my computer registry. The product attempts to load, indicating the product key is good, but there's an error message.
So I call Microsoft technical support. I tell them the problem, give them the product key, and they transfer me to their 'Legal Department.' Bad sign. They tell me to contact the seller for a replacement. My software is invalid.
Yeah, that'll work. The 800# suplplied by www.visamasterpay.com is NEVER answered. It simply rings and rings. Their 'customer support' contact email comes back invalid.
Meanwhile, I figure maybe it's my computer so I try to install it on my laptop.
Lo' and behold, Microsoft has gone and invalidated the product key I gave them! Short story long, I'm out $142 (which by the way was $8 more than the confirmation notice.)
Stay away from these shysters. They're only interested in one thing: The space in your wallet and the time it takes to empty it.
