Met Vince Tarter Through his half brother Russ. Anyway Vince was going to get me and my friends some cars to drive around for a cheap rental price. Well he took our deposits and never delivered the cars. He has done this before to others and was confronted about it. He said that anybody can write anything about anybody on the internet. Well all the reports are true and consistent with his M.O. Vince will let you meet some of his Heavy hitter friends and business con artist buddies at lunch, pay for it, and lead you to believe that he is legit. Then he will get you into some business deal that is just soo good and cutting edge and no one is going this yet kind of crap investments, then he will whip out the cars and try to get you to make a deposit on one. Do not do business with this man he can lie, cheat you, and then disappear without a trace all while looking you in the eye and telling you that he will deliver. He will promise to pay you back, while laughing at your gullibility to give him the time of day. Well end of report. All true, embarrassing, but I just thought that you read this it just might save your wallet and head a lot of heart ache. Blessings to you Vince I forgive you, but God help you when it comes back around and that same thing is done to you Seventy times Seven fold to you or a loved one.
