Vergo Marketing Debbie Fiorentino Education Lead Generation, Lead Generation, Nonpayment, Lied, Fraud, Scam, Cheat, Steal Scottsdale, Arizona |

I am writing to let anyone who works in the lead generation business, particularly in the education vertical, to stay away from Debbie Fiorentino, aka Debbie Usery, and her fraudulent company, Vergo Marketing. We are one of a dozen companies that I know about that provided marketing services to Vergo over the course of 2 years. In the beginning, we would be paid, albeit late, and albeit a reduced amount because they would reject half of our leads for bogus reasons. We made the mistake of letting them fall behind on their payments to us. When we pushed Debbie for payment she would tell us the check was in the mail. When the check never arrived, she would say she was sending a wire, never mind the check she promised was sent weeks prior. Debbie Fiorentino the SCAM ARIST and LIAR owes us $75,000 of confirmed invoices that they approved! She would answer emails maybe once out of every 10 times and shed never pick up the phone. She has a made up accountant name ?Jim who strangely never returned an email and has no voicemail. Now she refuses to reply to any phone call or email altogether and is cowardly avoiding any debt collectors, though Vergo still operates. To anyone who is buying leads from Vergo, know that they dont pay their bills to their actual vendors, they keep all of the money. In addition, dont believe them when they say they generate their own leads. Debbie Fiorentino is an absolute liar, cheat, con artist and every name you can think of. DO NOT DO business with Vergo OR Debbie Fiorentino. Its people like this that ruins the lead industry and create skepticism among lead buyers. Debbie Fiorentino and Vergo RIPPED US OFF! |

I can attest to this.
Debbie Fiorentino or whatever, is notorious in this business for simply not paying people. She lies and tells the vendor that she's sending payment, and acts all sweet. Then payment never shows up and she lies some more. Vergo and Debbie (there's another co-owner, Lonnie Sweeney) owed us like $5k, and after months of just being lied to we finally gave up.
Vergo Marketing is hiring a bunch of tech people, and not sales reps, and I heard from a little bird that it's because they're using proxy servers to input edu leads into link out forms. So the school (or AOR) thinks they're getting an actual sign up from a user when instead it's just Vergo fraudulently doing it.
At any rate, yeah, Vergo and Debbie Fiorentino are big time scam artists. Stay away from these fraudsters. |

FYI, Vergo Marketing will have a booth at the upcoming ASPCU conference in June. I guess we know what all the money Debbie ripped off from her unsuspecting vendors is going to good use... their booth.

Stop by and say hello, everyone! |

Oh please. Integrate.com a total scam operation IMHO. You can read countless accounts of these fraudsters. No pay (read people's headaches above)... ridiculous policies... TOTAL JOKE in my opinion. If you're an advertiser looking for affiliates to sell your products.. or an affiliate looking to make money, forget integrate.com or you're looking for trouble. They're nothing more than a bunch of tech morons who know nothing about marketing but try to convince you otherwise. Read their joke reply above "ERGO Interactive is located in the innovative, technology-focused SkySong development "... like the fact that their "DEVELOPMENT" is "INNOVATIVE" should impress you. What do they have.. high-tech parking spaces? Deal with any of them for 2 minutes and you'll see what I mean. In fact, try to get anyone on the phone. THEY NEVER ANSWER. Why? They try to make you think they're a big, successful company. Jokes on you! |

VERGO Interactive's "Lead Peep" Eliminates Fraudulent Lead Generation Activity in Education Marketing
EDU Industry's First Technology Platform to Guarantee Screen Capture at the Point of Data Collection, and Lead Source Compliance and Transparency
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 20, 2011/PRNewswire/ -- VERGO Interactive (VERGO), the digital marketing company that connects institutions of higher learning with students exploring options for post-secondary education, announced today the addition of Lead Peep, a revolutionary technology developed by VERGO to provide a lead source audit trail and eliminate fraudulent data.
Lead Peep ensures lead transparency by capturing online root information at the point of data collection – web site or landing page – and the referring URL for every lead sent by a vendor. Schools can verify the source of all web traffic and trace every lead back to the original messaging or advertising copy, thereby eliminating incompliant, misleading messaging/ad copy and driving traffic to landing pages that are in compliance.
Lead Peep's Key Advantages:
Creates complete lead transparency and establishes a self-policing environment within the EDU lead generation vertical
Guarantees schools receive quality leads, eliminates lead fraud and ensures compliance with new federal marketing and gainful employment regulations
Offers an insurance policy in today's contentious lead generation environment
"The technology behind Lead Peep provides schools with the resources to ensure data quality in today's evolving EDU world, and guarantees lead transparency by tracking the 'DNA' of leads at the point of origin, " said Anthony D. (Don) Fiorentino, Chief Executive Officer of VERGO Interactive. "We believe Lead Peep will revolutionize the lead generation industry and greatly impact the quality of leads sent to schools by eliminating such fraudulent practices as recycling leads, manipulating or changing IP addresses, and misleading messaging on landing pages – all too common tactics in the lead gen space."
For more information about Lead Peep, including instructions on how to sign up for this service, please visit www.leadpeep.com.

Integrate.com is NOT a scam. It is a completely legitimate business dedicated to enhancing performance based marketing on every possible level. This is why they won the 2011 Stevie Award for Best New Business. |

Integrate.com is a scam and full of fraud. Their technology is sound however the people behind it allow so much fraud to go through that most clients lose thousands that Integrate sweeps under the table. They've knowingly let fraud through dozens of time in the interest of keeping crappy publishers on and therefore, high commissions for their managers. The owner Hart Cunnigham has been sued by, and lost to, the FTC years ago for pulling the same crap.
Also, they paid for most of their awards, they mean nothing. |
