I found vastdeal.com as i was searching for deals on iPads. If something sounds too good to be true. It probably is. This company supposedly is based out of Beijing, China. I spoke to someone via online chat on their website. They explained everything to me... about their product, deals etc... and everything seemed ok. I dont know much about ordering online from out of country (so this is partly my fault too) Needless to say i sent the money over via WESTERN UNION. as they said that was the quickest and i was trying to get my product right away for xmas time. after sending it a day later they said they needed me to send more money. For some exporting out the the country fee. Stupidly i just sent again, so i could again, get my product. A day after that payment (and they are VERY quick to get the money) they had told me that it is getting sent back from Customs because it was not wrapped well enough and that they should get the product back and be able to send it back out. They had promised me that you receive the product after payment 3-10days. It is now 10 days later and im still yet to see anything and just keep getting the run around and excuse after excuse from this supposed 'legal' company. I ask for a refund. and they said ok... but because of their refund policy it will take 20 DAYS (for them to give me back my almost $500) im still yet to see anything or here back from him yet.

stay away from vastdeal.com.... and watch out the guys name was "QIN" and his email is "[email protected]"
