on 04/15/2011 i booked a moving truck and two movers to move my belongings to the storage on the 04/30/2011. i was quoted for $260, and they reqiered a deposit of $50. ont the 04/30/11 movers were one hour late, we were ready to go, the loaded my things in the truck, and when we got to the storage, they called one of their supervisor, asked him how much to charge us, even though i signed the contract at my house for $260, that supervisor said to charge us $570, otherwise they wouldn'd unload my things from the truck, they didn't even open the truck! i talked to their supervisor, we knocked the price down to $290, i agreed only because i had to be somewhere else by that time, and if would not pay them they would just keep all my belongings in the truck and drive away! that supervisor,named Tony, said that they will put my $50 deposit back on my account, and he never did. it has been twom month from that day and i still didn't get my $50 deposit back. everytime i call them they act surprised, like something like this never happened before, and they tell me that they will absolutly give me my deposit back right this second, then they put me on hold, and hagn up the phone. when i try to call back, they don't pick up their phones, or they give me a NONE working phone number, so i can cotact them back. today was the last time i spoke to a woman named Numa. She said: "i don't know, why did they tell you that they would refund your deposit back to you, we don't do refund, whatever you were charged at the day of moving,they should have deduct the deposit from that ammount!"
