Under Flooring, our list of standard features states the following: 10' ceilings on First Floor, Second Floor & 9' Basement. The seller's response denying our request for compensation for this deficiency seemed to imply to us that all buyers of the Addison unit were similarly cheated out a 1 foot in their second floor ceiling heights.
