Vacation International Casablanca Sales Buy their Timeshare, Unable to Cancel or Communicate Bellevue, Washington

Went to Timeshare presentation in Riviera Casino Las Vegas (AKA Casablanca Sales), bought knowing could later cancel. They would not let us read info. (Public Report) claiming can cancel later by Certified Mail to Main Headqtrs. in Bellevue, WA. They misrepresented and did not include promises in contract, we did internet research, found alot of negative, so Cancelled via Fax & Certified Mail, only they never sign for the Certified Letter, refusing to Cancel your contract contrary to RE Public Report. This happened over a month ago, and we are even having trouble with the Bank of America, disputing everything, but BofA seems to be siding with VI. This is a real mess. Later you find that their true offices are in Bellevue, WA, on all the paperwork they give you, there is no contact information, and what there is is not responding. Legally they have to give our money back within 15 day of receipt of Fax (they did receive but not acknowledge) and refused Certified Mail. Even the BBB of Las Vegas & Bellevue, WA are slow to respond. We are following through with letters to Dept. of Real Estate in both Nevada & Washington, and a business savy friend says contact Attorney General of both Nevada & WA. to make our case and stop this company from ripping off people with empty promises. They trick you with a great presentation, but when you find out how others have been burned by this company you will want to have nothing to do with them. Ripoff Report, Yelp, Pissedconsumer, E-how.com. This is a very deceptive company and are completely dishonorable, everything they promised was in writing in contract, we read later, and none of it was included. The offered upgrades but did not clarify what those upgrades were. Please, for you peace of mind, do not ever do business with Vacation Internationale or Casablanca Sales, located primarily in Las Vegas, and if you accept their deal, expect many hours to get your money back. This company should be prevented from doing business anywhere in the USA.
