Ohio Model and Talent Management CAN NOT BE TRUSTED ,SCAM, Garfield Hts, Ohio

My wife and I had visited the Ohio Model & Talent Management booth at the Ohio State Fair this summer to receive more information regarding placing our children with their company for modeling. We were contacted in September for a informational meeting with Ohio Model & Talent Management staff scheduled October 2nd. To find out more information, we decided to go and take the kids with us. During our visit with Ohio Model & Talent, we spoke with a lady who reviewed the forms we completed for our children, spoke with our children and then spoke with us regarding what they can or can not offer our children. They were confident they could get work for our son, but felt our daughter was probably still to young. After the woman showed us the cost for the training, my wife and I thought it over but decided it was too expensive for our budget. The woman continued to speak with us about payment plans, discounts, etc. We went ahead and took the offer which was a payment plan with $400 down payment. After signing the contract, my wife and I began discussing it the next day. We revisited our budget and decided it was not something we could currently afford. We reviewed the contract and it stated in the contract that within 5 calendar days after the signing of the contract if written notification of cancellation was received by their office, they would refund the total payment within 30 days. We signed the contract 10/02 and faxed a written cancellation letter to them on 10/4. I have contacted the company on several occasions without success, until a lady Susan Scott contacted me (10/10) promising me a reimbursement no later than 11/15. Still nothing. It is now 11/22 and we still haven't received a refund. Who ever is considering using this company for any reason, should seriously reconsider. They make many promises, even in their contract, and it appears they don't keep them, or make it a struggle to have anything done. I seriously ask all other people to not consider this company or anything that might be owned by the owners of this company to send a striking message to the owner and their employees for the very poor customer service.
