My wife had gotten a loan from the USDA back in 2010, during the process they have done nothing but stick it to us, and I have had enough of the abusive power this government thinks it has. Here it is, We Have lived in the house before this one and it had seen better days, so I thought I would file for a loan to purchase a new home, and boy were we suckers. We were had and it just keeps getting worse. Ever since we went through the process with the USDa we were lied to, and forced to take what they offered or we got nothing. This is where our troubles began. My wife went thru the paper process and found with her income and mine, she was eligiable for $160.000 loan. Hey pretty nice except this was not the case. We arrived at the USDA's main office and met a lady who seemed to know what she was doing, then as it turned out, we were told by this woman that we had to find an architect to draw up building plans for our home, so we got a number from a contractor friend of mine, and had him draw us up a modest floor plan of about 900 S.F. but he said all he could do was 1000S.F. homes, so we agreed to it, then he told us it would cost us 1000 dollars to draw the plans. So the wife and I talked it over and thought what if we contacted the USDA to see if they would incorperate this money into our loan, well this woman told my wife no they would not do that, she told my wife why should we, I know how much money you have in the bank. use it. so in order to have the plans drawn up we took what was left of our savings to have the man draw us some plans. All was going fine until we hit a stump, we didnt know what to do after we got the plans, and the USDA didnt tell us what we had to do as well. So I decided to get on the phone and find someone who knew what they were doing, I did and this happened to be the man in charge ( boss ) at first she was kind and sweet and acted like she gave a damn, but what a face she put on. We explained to her what was going on with our case, and she asked us if we received a USDA welcome packet, that explains the entire process. I told her no, we had'nt received anything from anyone, and boy she acted like a sin, she told me then there will be hell to pay for that, because these people in that office no better. Well I guess they didn't. she told me she would get in touch with me when she had a word with the man in charge of that office. Well the end of the day came and this woman, name not be mentioned, but she called my wife and told my wife that there was a problem with her applcation. I said what, and she told me that this woman said that my wifes credit was not good at all. I said that was a crock. So I called this woman to express my angre on what she was pulling. She said to me i'm not trying to pull anything, she said that my wifes credit history came up a bit short and wanted to know if there was something we didnt provide to them, a credit service co. was to have had that removed from her credit file. As it goes, we provided them with the correct info. to satisfy the USDA. Now this is where I didn't understand what happened. But all of a sudden the USDA Lost their funding, according to the Office manager, so we were put on hold for a month or so, and then we were picked back up but time ran out on the application so we had to do it all over again. document after document. What really ticked me off was, we made copies of a couple hundred documents as if we were made of money. We had secured our loan again, then we were called into the USDA because of a problem, so we went to the appointment and met with the woman, who told us, that I was not going to be on the loan application. and we asked why. they said my credit was not that good, which I understand completely. And she began to tell my wife it would be best for her to go it alone. So she agreed. I had gotten tired of what the USDA was doing to us, so I went to our Governor of the state, who's aid just couldnt get anything I told him through his thick head, how do these people get these jobs. I figured he was fresh out of kindergarden, and after giving him the names and numbers of everyone who was sticking it to my wife, he thought I was the nut. And you know what, I have documented proof, as to all the facts. And what was about to transpire. SO I did some fancy research and found some people in Washington, D.C. who maybe could stear me in the right direction, then all of a sudden, I hit on The USDA investagatory agency, the ones who investagate abuse of Government officials, who thought they could do what they wanted when they wanted, well folks they can and not a damn thing we can do about it. You see not only did we provide this team with copies of every document we had but somewhere along the line they lost them all. Now how the hell did that happen. Life in these United States can realy suck. now wait until I finish this true account of the abuse I had to endure as well as my wife. And for what we got screwed by our government, big time. We found out later on during the process with the USDA, that they decided to cut my wifes loan in half, just one day we were called into the office of the USDA to find that the manager had gone through our paper work and found as he put it, my wifes credit was not all that good of shape, I told this guy he was an ass, I cleaned my wifes credit up, it was so spotless you could eat off the floor of the reporting agency. I told him he needed to get his s*^# togather, because he was in for a bit of hell, my way. So my wife and I began to make another copy of all the documents in our position, and sent them off to the USDA fraud investagation unit, and we were set up with who I thought was someone who just may get things done, as always I was wrong again. It took her two years to do her investagation, and for what, We were screwed by her and her boses. according to the federal government, the USDA never did such a thing to us and that we were mistaken as to how everything went down, The office manager had his own idea's as who would be building our new home, yeah after they had already torn our old house down. What were we supposed to do, live on the street. we had nowhere to go. we had to do what they said or else we would be homeless. Now sometimes I think to myself, why did I get myself into this masive abusive relationship with a Federal agency. I just don't know why. The office manager told me and my wife that the reason my contractor was not going to build our new home was because his credit was no good and that he didn't like the looks of this man, so I told my contractor what this clown said, and he was out to see his attorney. So you will have to hire a new contractor, a new contractor. I just made five copies of the building plans he gave to his subs. now who's going to make the new copies, he told me. you want to build then have them made. I told my wife we were leaving. I was pissed I should have or could have just punched him in the throat and watched him fall like a tree leaf.But instead I told my wife we were leaving now. So we did. The next day we hired a new contractor who was used to the USDA's corrupt adventures and delt with them accordingly. Now my wife liked this guy, she thought he knew what he was doing, and so did I, But the USDA didnt like this guy as well. Even after this man went through alot of work to egt what he could get ready for the USDA to inspect his paperwork. The guy said oh yeah, you have to be ready for this agency, because you never know what will turn up. So if you guys can give me a couple days to get to the bank and have soem papers drawn up, he'll be back. That was Fri and all we could do was wait. On the following Monday our contractor came to our place and told us he was ready to meet the USDA. So I gave him the guys number and he contacted him, And that he had an appointment with them the comming Wed, and he would let us know what was going on. Wed rolls around and our contractor said all was well and we could start building very soon. all he was waiting for was his bank, I said whats your bank got to do with this, he said he had to put his house up as collateral, in order to get this job. I said what, he said yea, He found by the USDA's office manager that he had to cover the costs of building material and sub-contractors. Why? I asked him, would you do a damn fool thing like that, He says he had to, he had to put his house up as collatteral, in order to do the job. You've got to be kidding.this guy went to his bank to get a loan in the amount of $160.000 to fund our home, what was he thinking. A few days before we were to start building we got a call from our builder, who told us he ran into a problem, I said let me guess, the USDA wont pay for the work, he said no even worse, what could be worse. he said we had to be in the managers office on monday morning. then we'll talk. I told my wife, and she began to freak out. We had no idea what was happening. tHE NEXT MORNING WE arrived at the USDA office and was asked to take a seat, that he would be right with us. We sat and waited 20 minutes for this ignorant cuss, I was about to walk out on these people and tell them where they could stick their petty loan, when not a moment later the office manager walked out, and says you could come back, then he says he was sorry for keeping us waiting. well dont worry I says my wife was only at work, we had nothing better to do. but wait. My wife hits me and says be nice. I wispered to her yeah real nice with a louisville slugger upside his head. We ended up at his office down the front corridor, he says have a seat, we sat and he says i want you guys to look at these documents. The I want you to go out and llok around. He handed us local modular homes companies and addresse. I jumped up and told him thats not what all the documents you people have been sending us each months, I says to him what the hell was going on here. he said your wife didnt qulify for the $160.000 loan, I said bull sh*t for over a year now you people played us for fools and garunteid my wife this loan and now you screw us for that and were to just go out and find a mobel home, you can kiss my a** dude, I dont care who you think you are, you better start looking for a hole in the wall someplace and curl up and start crying because your world is about to come to a sudden halt. this I give you my word on. I was so pissed , I cant believe this guy, he said he didnt like this contarctor either. I said why, this man put his house up as collateral for us, now what kind of contarctor would do that, he said im sorry. here take these with you. I told him to F$%$ off and Die. and I went to my truck. a few minutes later my wife came out. she said she had to make the deal with homeless. I had to do something. you want to talk about the United States of America and the land of oppertunity, well let me say this, If I ever had to trust anyone or anything in this life it would not be our government, in fact they would be the last. So now me and my wife are not only stuck with a home we were forced to take. Not allowed a double wide mod home but downsized from a doublewide to a single wide home. Then allowing the builders to work on our property without us being there. then allowing them to do whatever, when ever they wanted to. then forcing my wife to sign design corrections or she would not be getting her home. Then the workers tried to get our trailer onto the lot, the day before we were told it would be brought in, they bulldozer to push the house onto our lot, when all of a sudden, they rammed the mobile home into our concrete slab, causing weaks spots in the walls, and breaking 8 Ft of gas lines as well as letting their mexican boss, tell me to get off my own land. that was where i drew the line, but this is what the USDA is all about. NOW THE REASON WHY iM WRITING THIS LETTER IS IN PART OF THE usda, BACK IN 2012 WE WERE CONTACTED BY THE usda TO INFORM US THAT THEY WERE RE WRITING OUR CONTRACT. I was no longer to be getting any subsidy from the Federal government, due to my wife pay raise. So now instead of paying our monthly payment of $409.00 a month, we have been paying $675.00 a month. So by of ourstandards and the US government standards. Its ok for the USDA to retaliate against those who file formal complaints against this agency. Now our troubles ahve not stopped yet, my wife just gotten a letter from the USDA, which reads something like this.the CSChas become aware that we received unautherized assistance in the form of interest/credit payment assistance from 6/6/11 thru 6/5/12 in order to determine if we received unautherized assistance and that we have (15) days to produce to them our marraige lic, verification that I and my son moved into the homeand copys of our 2011 and 2012 tax returns. upon reciept of this documentation the CSC, failure to provide them with this information will result in suspenion of my subsidies, now wait just a damn minute. I know my rights and I know my sons right and if this is how big brother thinks he's going to play in my ball feild, then I suggest he better bring a bigger baseball bat, because I do not have to provide any tax information of anyone who does not nor has ever lived in my home, and if this agency thinks it can do what it wants when it wants, then I think this office manager needs to purchase himself a fire arm. because target pratice shall soon begin. Its one thing to violate all legal contracts with a home owner, but I'll be dammned if they will have me violate someoneelses rights. And if you think so, then you better think very hard.because I have had enough of this governments S#%^!!!!!!!
