It is a scam, they try to get $375

Comes from US TRADEMARK REGISTRATION OFFICE, Registration and monitoring division. 633 West Fifth St 28th floor LA ca 90071. They are charging $375 as if they where the actual US trademark registration office, they are not, it is a scam. At the back in small letters, it says: this is not a bill....

I almost paid them. I looked in the actual web and there was nothing owed. Then I looked in Google and found your advice. Thank you soooo much

I've been in biz 30 years and am used to scams. This is a good one.

If it was a DC address, I wouldn't have questioned it. But I checked for an LA office on Google and found your VERY HELPFUL remarks.

I just received one as well. Luckily, I was suspecious enough and did a deeper research on this scam. I think I will make a copy of this bill and send it over to USPTO, so they can pursuit this scam with leagal actions.

We just got one. Very deceiving indeed. Even the envelope looks the part.
They want you to OPEN IMMEDIATELY and the $375 are DUE NOW of course.

How do these people go to sleep at night?
