US Mortgage Funding
US Mortgage Funding Diversified Home Solutions are the same company both frauds out of Boca Raton, Florida
13th of Jan, 2011 by User890909
US MortgageFunding aka Diversified Home Loans took $2000.00 from our family promising to negotiate with Bank of America on our behalf and save our home. My husband has been laid off and we were desperate. They took advantage of our situation by making false claims and promises. I was advised that I did not need to pay anything to B of A and that was "standard". I followed all of their instructions for one year only to find that my home had been foreclosed. After attempting over and over to contact them with no answer, the phones were finally disconnected. My family and I were given 10 days to find a new place to live. The amount of stressed and negative credit reporting that has been caused by this situation is embarassing. We then found out they changed their name to Diversified Home Solutions.

Those numbers too are disconnected. In the month following we also that they didn't even speak to B of A, and I'd like to add that B of A was told by myself and my husband on several occasions what we were doing and not one of their representatives advised us at any time that the company had not contacted them. They kept telling us to "do what you need to do". The only thing this has caused is headaches and a mistrust for any company that claims to "help". Luckily for me I kept every single piece of paperwork, email, and fax that came through from these individuals. I have their names so if anyone ever starts a lawsuit I will be more than happy to spend the time needed to provide you with these documents and names.

Diversified Home Mortgage Solutions charged me $1, 500 to do a modification combining 3 mortgages. After I faxed them many papers and talked to a man called Michael Gates many times, Michael Gates told me that I would be receiving the modification papers in the mail. He kept coming up with excuses as to why the papers had not arrived. Then, they asked for another $2, 000 to do an audit. They said that the auditor would examine the mortgage papers and that I would eventually not have to pay the mortgage. When I heard this, I hired as attorney through my legal plan at work to check into the situation and handle it for me. They discovered that there was a big ad on the internet saying that Diversified Home Mortgage Solutions out of Boca Roton, Florida was a big scam and many people were losing their money. I wish that someone could do something about this situation. Thanks for your attention to this information.

P.S. I still have recordings of their requesting information on the phone and many papers that were faxed to and from this fraudulent company. I also have a copy of the check from Jefferson County Credit Union ($1, 500) sent to do the modification.
