i actually called this company and was asking about prices. a man answered the phone and quoted me a price which was suppose to include the start up and one month of pills. when we got to bellus we were taken to the back and sat down and told about this program. once we agreed to do it we were taken in for some test. there was a blood test, ekg, and body mass index test. once this was completed we were instructed about the payment. when they told me that this payment was only for the first week of pills and not the month i told them they were out of there mind. i mean over 200 dollars for a week of pills then 45 dollars a week thereafter. the nurse was very nice, but when we confronted them about the price the attitude completly changed. once my wife became upset and basically told them where to go they fixed it and gave us the month for that price. i did go back once and told them the medication made it so i could not sleep. what do you know here is another bottle of pills and no they were not free we got another charge for those also. i have to say the nurse and doc was very nice. they do not care if you lose weight and this stuff about never having a unsatisfied customer is just completly false. i read their response about slander, but you are in customer service if somone is not happy they can voice their opinion. maybe you should treat your customers a little better. to the nurse i am sorry you have to put up with this place. the program does work it is a little extreme, but i did lose weight. i do not see how they can sale those pills the way they do though. if you want to get the results go somewhere else. if they do not make you feel like they care keep looking. if you are giving someone money for something and are not satisfied with the service or results keep looking.
