I am disabled and i told this college at forst and things were going smooth during the first 11 months until this past May 2011. I had to file for FA in May and then i finished my nine week courses which were two and then in June i started two other courses and i tried to get help from a teacher and NO help. I had to do the same thing in the other class and i made a very good grade on that exam. When i filed for the loan in May and the 9 weeks were up and it showed i had two classes and on day seven the last day i only had one class and they said they were not paid enough. I had to take out another loan in June and i was told i had to pay 450.00 to start the two 9 week courses or pay 35.00 every month til it is paid and if that would be the fact then i would owe them over 3000.00 before i got my degree. Yes a lawsuit needs to be file, not just by the one i read on here but others as well needs to as well just like i am fixing to do after 400 emails are gone over and some phone calls as well. I was emailed that they did see two emails that showed i was being discriminated against from that college and they have only read 40 emails. They should dismissed that college forever not just because of me but other people as well. After i did get my two weeks of classes started back i get a call from two prople there wanting to know what the email i sent to them was about and if they go to college they should know and i was on day three and this one boy made me mad and i dropped the college because they said they just got a little over 1900.00 which i took out another 4000.00 loan and they said the one in May was turn down. I checked the site from the place i got my loan and it showed they were paid 3600.00 and i owed not a thing and i have it and all email, phone calls, and as well as all my work i did. I have more to say but if i ever get an email i will telll them and they are fixing to be sued within two months after this place gets done reading everything and drawing up the papers.
