I have same experience with all other victims, I ordered the Trial Bottle on Nov 24, but never received such product, when I search on web then I found this site. And I shockly found they debit my credit card for 30 days product charges, which I didn't ordered & authorized for such charges. So I called to Cellean to stop my shipping order and credit back to my credit card on Dec 19 & 21 & they said I can only call on Dec 24 to request for credit, I am so angry the way they do the business. But I still called on Dec 24, and I talked to their on site supervisor named Tessa ID# 007, I told her I have called before & someone asked me to call on Dec 24, then I told her I never received any product & I want full refund of products & shipping charges as well. But she told me rediculously that, she cannot just refund the charges, I have to get an RMA number & return the product to them, then they will refund me the charges. I was angry and told her I never received any product & she said that the product was reshipped. Then I asked her when was the product reshipped, I have called them couple times that I don't any product from them, why reshipped to me, after I insist her to tell me what was the date they reshipped the product, she reluctantly told me just reshipped when I talked to her. I have send them few e-mails to tell them if they do not refund to me, I will go to media & post this issue to internet, then I received a e-mail from them see below: This email is to inform you that we have refunded the amount of $89.52 back to your payment method originally used on order number xxxxx, which was originally purchased on 12/15/2011 10:57pm for the total amount of $89.52. If you have any questions about this notification or if you feel you are receiving this in error, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team. But up till now, still not receive the money back to my credit card account, so whatever they promise you that are all scam.
