This is the absolute worst post office in the country. Several times I have paid to have mail delivered with a signature and they don't even attempt to deliver it. They always report "Undeliverable address", which is complete nonsense because we get tons of other mail here with the same address every day. Yesterday, I was expecting a very important package, that I paid extra for to get the signature again, and what do you know, "undeliverable address" again. The do not go above and beyond the call of duty and they are terrible at customer service. There are no extra steps taken by the USPS to make sure people who PAY them to get their packages, actually receive them. Right now, I am typing this and the post office's official main telephone line is ringing for over 60 times. I was "picked up" and disconnected purposely several times. The time is 846am. They open at 830am. It's no wonder why the government is totally screwed up. They don't answer their phones, they don't open until very late in the day, and they can't get packages delivered. Thank god for UPS and FED Ex. FU USPS. It is unbelievable that a government subsidized service is allowed to operate this way You're the worst!
