United Natons Legal Department Scam. Tried to get my CC info and threatened legal action Wellesville, Missouri

This company called me 5 times within 2 hours time. They left messages each time. Firstly I believe this would be considered harrassment. Secondly they gave my SS# on the message each time. I believe this would be totally illegal. Thirdly, they threatened me stating they have filed a lawsuit against me and filed with the FBI for money laundering. I called the number back and s/w someone supposed to be an account manager. The person hardly had a grasp on the english language. This person Ricki demanded I give him my CC number to charge me for a payday loan in which I never took out from some company called cashnet. I challenged him to provide me proof of this debt and he began yelling at me and hung up. He later called and left several other messages.

I have a proposal here: anyone else that has had it with this company wish to email me or post here. I am willing to contact an attorney here in CA and start filing a class action lawsuit against these frauds. The more people to get involved the better. The only way to stop these type of companies is to to sue them out of existence. They clearly are breaking the law. Since they left messages on my voice mail and knowingly were leaving these messages they can be used in a court of law.
