| I purchased an instructional programwhich was to be downloaded however the main part of the program which also included a number of modules the program would not download despite several attempts. I kept receiving messages informing me that files were damaged and could not be repaired. The other modules however I sucessfully downloaded. When I attempted to contact the vendor at different email addresses associated with him there was no response or even acknowledgement of my complaint although I wrote several times. His site showed no hesitancy in taking my money for the product. Below is a copy of details which I had sent in complaint. It would download 80% of the above file before sending an error message stating that there was an error opening this document and that the file is damaged and could not be repaired. If you are not prepared to send me the complete course which I have paid for then I demand return of my money.
