Renamed again since Wtachdog Report

They called us to service our vacuum and said they were calling from DYSON and were going to service our Dyson for £15.00. We dont have a Dyson but it turns out these people went to my elderly parents (82 and 87) and gave them a nice bill of £160 for servicing their Dyson and putting on some 'essential new parts' that they clearly did not need as their vacuum was bought for them only 4 months ago. Unscupulous scamming tactics that we reported to TRADING STANDARDS as they would not arrange a refund and my parents were told that their cleaner would perfom better with the new parts despite it being only 4 months old. Absolute RIP OFF.
It turns out they are not DYSON and they have been cold calling and MISLEADING the public to get into their homes and prey especially on the elderly and vulnerable.
The name on their receipt was ASG Midlands (REPORTED ON BBC WATCHDOG)
When they called us recently they called themselves UNITEC Servicing, Lincoln, Still next door to their Kirby Servicing outfit KB Midlands. Same people. Same operators. Same Tactics. So beware KB Midlands or Unitec servicing. They are the same people that were on BBC Watchdog.
