Ultimate Facial

Everyone has heard the saying "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is." Well I had to learn that the hard way with the Ultimate Facial. When I saw that I could try thier product for a dollar I jumped on it, after I sent them my payment informaion I got nervous, probably because it was to good to be true. So I called them the next day and canceled the order. All is well again...not. Apperently canceling an order with he Ultimate Facial just means tha they won't send you he product, but the will still take the dollar and in a few weeks will also take $79.41 more. When you realize this, you assume that it was an honest mistake, then you call them and realize it wasn't an honest mistake, his is actually how they do business, by stealing from you. I spoke to a woman named "Joy" I asked her for the address of her pace of business and she gave me false information. I found out later by accident the actual address. Later "Joy's" supervisor had called me back (which shocked me) she, the supervisor, refused to give me her name, she was very rude, and soon hung up on me. I'm not sure why seeing as how I was the one that was calm. You would have thought I was the one who stole her money. I found through some research that Brian Lint in the supervisor of the customer service, and Blair Mcnea is the President of the company. I'm sorry that some feel stealing from people is a way to run a business and make a living. To all the hard working, honest people out there stay away from the Utimate Facial.
