uggshoppe US functioning online site that takes money and does not deliver the goods Internet

This online site has Ugg boots 'on sale' i actually thought i had found an official Ugg-sale website since they do not have new styles on their site most of them are old 'fashion' styles or classic styles. only when i had paid for the 2 pairs of boots did i have my doubts! the payment section seemed strange, once all my details had been confirmed i was directed to a page with confirmation codes and text informing me that the amount that had previously been stated may not reflect the total amount debited from my account, which worried me a little so i checked that they had a customer service section on their site incase i needed to contact them once the amount showed up in my account. unfortunately i now realise that their 'customer service' is a dead line phone number and the link to 'live chat' doesnt even work!!! i wish i had canceled my card as soon as i had my doubts- it took 3days for te money to show up in my account. The original amount that showed up was 118 pounds and the amount taken was 143 pounds. I often use the internet to shop, but this has put me off a little. i dont know how to go about getting my money back!?
