| I bought Ugg boots from this site, which purported to be the official Ugg boot site. After payment I received an email from [email protected], which immediately raised suspicions. The email said an amount had been paid to a company in Shanghai. My bank tells me this is a scam. |

| I have just fallen to this site too. They have sent boots which are too small and lined with fake fur - yellow in colour! Does anyone know what the payment details are on statements - is it uggeden.com? |

hi there, iv ordred a pair of baily button short boots, and i became suspicious immedietly after paying for them, as was not given an estimated delivery on them, it dosent say where they are coming from, and if you have a complaint, u can only email them...no customer service number, no returns policy...ect...i feel really stupid as i normally think everythin is a con, but this time got carried away with the thought of low price uggs that iv longed for.
iv payed for them with my partners credit card, he buying them for me as a present because he knows how much i love them, now i feel bad as iv proberbly just lost him £50.
at the bottom of there page, iv found the small print, which u can click on, it has rough estimated delivery on there, and alot of t&c's...it says u get a email with a tracking number, which cheered me up abit, untill i asked my partner to check his email and he told me there no trackin number, just confirmation of payment...it also asked him to confirm shipping address by clicking on somthin, but when he did this, nothing happened.
now iv found this complaint forum about them, im gutted, what do we do now??? |

| I ordered two pairs on the 19th July and still have not received them. Have had mails from the sitecomplaint saying they are a third party and that they have contacted the suppliers and asked them to contact me within 48 hours. They have not been in contact.!! |

I bought a pair of 'UGG' boots from this site. The price on the order form was £60 but in the end £70 was taken from my account and the boots I received are obviously fake - no sheepskin in sight! I have bought a few pairs on UGGs online before and have never had a problem. I have emailed them but haven't had a reply. The boots contained an invoice which said they actually cost $8.00 just to add insult to injury.
My credit card company have asked me to get them verified as being fake by a retailer in an attempt to get my money back. |

| Me too. Have received the 2 pairs I ordered. 1 x black pair which has, what looks like, white mould spots and 1 x grey pair, 1 light grey and one dark grey!! Is there anything we can do? |

There are hundreds of these fake website poping up all connected and using sitecomplaint.
Just a few I have noticed are:

and many many more, I bought jeans from the first one on the 13 of AUG and am yet to receive them, but if I do I am not quite convinced they will be fake. |

Oh no I've just bought some of the ugg boots yesterday, i thought the price was too good to be true!! I've looked at my credit card details and they've taken the money which is the right amount but I haven't had an email saying that my order has been processed or with tracking details, it just says that it has been delivered on the website.
What are your boots like 31satara? I had some genuine ones from australia which I was replacing so I'll wait and see what these boots are like, it's not looking good though |

| i also brought a pair of uggs from uggeden on the 26th august and havnt received them yet i worried that they will take more money out of my account as they have all of are bank details how could people be so cruel some people have no morels i hope they either come or i get my money back |

| I have done the same, paid via credit card and screen went blank after I hit pay.. ordered 30th August. No Email replies to my messages and now have filed a dispute with Capital one... nightmare cos I have no boots and owe £71 for product I havent received. BEWARE ALL! |

| I have also ordered and paid for boots from uggeden, this was over 2 weeks ago now and I have heard nothing bar an email from 'Cindy' saying boots will be despatched ASAP. Unfortunately I paid for boots with Visa debit so I suppose its goodbye to my money. |

| Hi -I have ordered some boots on 6th September and am still awaiting confirmation of tracking number and yet have been billed on my credit card for them - I hope they turn up... they are for a birthday present!! And, Ive emailed twice and had no reply - and on "My Account" with them - says boots have been delivered! How long should I wait b4 contaciting somebody?? |

| I too have bought a pair of Ugg Boots from this site and have never received them! I cant get my money back! I also got a phone call from someone saying he was from my bank he had a lot of details about me and wanted my sort code account no etc! I called my bank to confirm that someone had indeed called me and was told no they had not! Ive had to close my account and open another which has caused so much hassel! Dont know if the 2 are connected but was taking no chances! Do we have any course of action? |

| i have just found this place and think i have been scammed in the same way, they are not even replying to my emails, money went to china! not very happy how can they be allowed to advertise the ugg brand name!! |

| i ordered a pair of ugg boots 3 weeks ago..iv had my tracking number for them but the company fedex no nothing about it...i guess its a learning curve realy...if it sounds cheap then its probably a scam...awww i am realy disapointed |

| I orded two pairs of boots from this company on the 5th september i have not yet recived them, and only have an email saying we will email you with a tracking number but none arrived i constantly e-mailed them for a tracking number but still no reply and still no boots, I too had more money taken from my account than the total amount they came too this is a scam and this web site needs closing down a i am now out of pocket over £135 |
