| I bought Ugg boots from this site, which purported to be the official Ugg boot site. After payment I received an email from [email protected], which immediately raised suspicions. The email said an amount had been paid to a company in Shanghai. My bank tells me this is a scam. |

I ordered some boots from this website on 25 July 2011 and I also received the same email from visa. However, my boot have today (4 August) arrived from China.
They seem good to me although I have not yet checked my credit card statement. My only problem is that they are too small and have no return details. I have emailed the customer services and am awaiting a reply. |

| Well I'm no expert in Ugg boots but they seem really good to me, they have the Ugg certificate and everything with them and are in the Ugg box. They also have the Ugg sole so its difficult to say. I would be happy to keep the boots if I'd ordered the correct size - my fault. I'm sure your boots will arrive as mine did. I'm just not sure they have a returns policy but I'll post on here if I get a response from them. |

| I also ordered what I thought were genuine UGGBOOTS they arrived yesterday . They are nothing like the original ones I am replacing. which were purchased in Sydney whilst visiting my Son. I was sure it was the genuine UGG Boots website...I got a little worried when I realised at payment that something was wrong...I have emailed ''Sitecomplaint'' telling them that I ordered AUSTRALIAN UGG BOOTS and either provide me with what I ordered or collect these imitations and refund me my money...still waiting for a reply. |

| My boots arrived today. Although they look like Ugg boots, and have the Ugg boot logo, they are not made from sheepskin and have a synthetic fur lining. This is a dreadful scam. |

I believe Paypal has strict rules about giving accounts to people who run internet scams. I will be contacting them to tell them about this scam. |

| I have ordered some UGG BOOTS from this site and i have not yet recieverd them. i have had an email saying they have recieved my payment and that i should have my boots shpped out asap. i have tried several times to emial them and have had no replys as yet. i hope this is not a scam as i have had fraud on my account before and its such a hassle gettin the money back. |

I have oredered some ugg boots from Uggeden on the 8/8/11. I have recieved the emale informing me that by boots will be shipped out to me soon. As yet I have heard nothing more.
After reading several compalints about this company i have concerns about recieving my boots.

| I recieved some today. They took two weeks to come. I knew when I ordered them they were fakes! No site would sell genuine uggs that cheap. My real pair were over £200. Thay are ok but inferior material and lining in the boot is different. They look real ish from exterior. They are not going to last more than a winter though!!! |

Haven't had any responce to my e-mails so I contacted my credit card co. they have told me I can't do anything for 30 days from payment and they said they MAY be able to help.I'll have to wait and see if anything arrives and will put up another post if anything happens! |

I orded two pairs of boots from this company on the 18th july and also e-mailed them the next day asking if they were copy boots they never replied but as soon as i sent the message they took the money out of my account, in the weeks to come i constantly e-mailed them for a tracking number but still, no reply i started to get suspicious, because there were no answers from anyone and nothing had come through the post then a week later my boots had arrived, they are nothing like what is shown in the ad they say they are A grade
but they are cheap and nasty in-fact the small pair of boots are not even suede or sheepskin interior the tall boots however was suede on the out side but man made synthetic fur on the inside. and faded tan colour now if you all look at the box it arrived in it has a certificate to say it is a real sheepskin boot, also the label on the inside of the boot say the same that they are sheepskin and as anyone can see they are not so if this is not trade description what is. And like many of you I too had more money taken from my account I have been constantly e-mailing them for a address to send them back but all they keep saying is that they are good copy boots and that you will not get them cheap anywhere and to either give them away to a friend or wear them myself and if i did send them back they will charge me for the shipping that they sent to me as well as me paying for them to go back. this site is a total scam and fraud.
hopefully people will look into uggeden before buying like many of us have.
Also may I add the complaint site CSREASON is a fake site as well they are linked to one another. |
