I ordered one pair of Uggs from uggcentre.com on December 4, 2010. I never received an immediate order confirmation as I usually would when ordering online. I called my credit card company immediatelyto confirm that this had gone through, and at the price confirmed on uggcentre.com. My credit card company said that the transaction had gone through at the correct price but from a company in China (see below):

I was nervous because the website hadappeared verylegitimate and somewhat local (not sayinganything about China)and talked about being an authentic ugg provider. Once not receiving the order confirmation, the credit card company told me to watch everything carefully for one month and if the boots had not been received to call back and dispute the transaction. On December 13, 2010, I received an email (first email) from a Scofield claiming to work for uggcentre.com. In this email he confirmed that the shoes had been sent out and gave me a DHL tracking number to check within 2-3 days. I immediately called DHL to track my package as the online DHL would not accept the tracking number. DHL told me that this was not a tracking number, and to call back in a couple days or contact uggcentre.com to confirm. There was no phone number to confirm this with, and the original website that I has ordered the boots from was not loading properly, so I waited4 days and kept calling DHL with the tracking number provided to me.On December 17, 2010, Iemailed Scofield back and asked if in fact I had been given the wrong tracking number or something because it was still not working four days later. I finally received an email back (second email) fromScofield on December 27,2010,indicating for me to look at a box belowwith my order as follows: Status, Posting, Despatch (spelt wrong)from Sorting Center, Arrival at Sorting Center, Despatch (spelt wrong)from Sorting Center... I deal with DHL everyday - do you really think that they would spell DISPATCH wrong???? The email went on to say "as it shows that your order is on its way ! I think that u will receive very soon ! Pls don't worry about this ! Regards !". I was not given a new tracking number, and I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this transaction. I have not been charged anything more since December 4, 2010, when my order was placed. Please keep posting your comments on this particular matter, it makes me sick that they have gotten away with this so much so frequently. I appreciate all comments.
