UEI College International Education Corporation Hostile Environment of UEI Anaheim, California

On 1/6/2012, after watching UEI's advertisement on TV, I called (877) 285-4165, that is only a recorder. I looked up its local number and called (949) 272-7200. The receptionist Raleen (spell?) refused to spell her name and made sarcastic laugh. I was greatly offended and asked her to transfer my call to her supervisor. She placed me on hold for 10 minutes before transferring my call. Jasse came to the phone being argumentative and talked like an immature man. He prevented me from making my complaint against the hostile Raleen. He kept asking me if I wanted to sign up for classes and refused to answer my questions. He talked over me and could not distinguish between my statements or questions. I asked for his boss. He said, "I am the vice president of UEI. You cannot go above me." But he talked worse than an uneducated person. If I could not exercise my right to speak to someone above him, any dispute arose at UEI (refund or registration), I could imagine the difficulties to resolve issues. I do not want to associate with UEI. Jesse is not a role model and he has created a hostile environment for education. I would not recommend UEI to anyone!
