I too had an all too similar experience with the other posts on this shady company. They send coupons in all the local mail advertising services listing $9.99 per room "steam cleaned" and the whole house special of $79.99. Of course there is fine print stating x amount of stairs are included and room sizes are stated which is to be expected. Upon greeting the cleaners at the door I had a very unprofessional looking guy with a young teenager walk in without footies (shoe wraps). They assesed my carpet and quoted me $350 to clean three small bedrooms and 10 stairs. They said the carpet needed special cleaner and a deep scrub the coupon doesnt include. I called b.s. and dialed up the company immediately. It sounded like they field these calls all the time and had scripted care free replies to my concerns. I asked them to pack their stuff and leave to which they had the ordacity to explain of a $25 non services performed fee. This should have stated $25.00 fee for discovering we bait and switch upon inspecting carpet. I've had my carpets cleaned before and never had somone tell me that they needed to perform additional expensive cleaning processes. Nonetheless I was desperate to get the carpets cleaned after having a baby now crawling on the carpets so I agreed to a $150 cleaning. Still well above the advertised price but I was desperate at this point and frustrated. I read the coupon and it states the services includes a deep scrub, pre-conditioning, color brighter and fragrence. I declined the recommended work and gave the ok for additional services on a small deep soiled area. All they did was spray some chemical from a normal spray bottle on the area and worked the chemical into the carpet with a broom like scrubber which took literally 2 minutes. In the end the carpets still looked poorly cleaned, had no fresh fragrence to it and the cleaners left my bathroom very dirty while exchanging dirty carpet water from their extractor. The service was terrible too- picture a guy looking like he walked straight out of a dumpster. Very unclean, clothes ripped and looked hung over.
