I had bought a 400cc ATV from txxmotorsports a while ago. After a trip out in the desert the ATV left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. It, turns out the engine blewor something like that. I, took the ATV to him to be repaired under warranty. The warranty says that it will cover the parts but i must pay for the labor. I agreed to the estimate of $250.00. After months of waiting and alot of phone calls, I kept getting the run around that they dont have the parts and that they had to be shipped from japan and finally after filing a report against them through BBB, they called me and said that the ATV is ready and it would cost $400. I told him I would not pay that amount and that he is obligated to honor the original estimate of $250.00. His coporated business liscense was filed incorredtly and therefore I had a dificult time filing a lawsuit against him. When I finally filed it and went to court, it was extended because I did not serve the warrant properly under his name and the company. The later date that was scheduled by the court was dismissed since I could not attend and neither did he. Now, that I am able to attend the court, I can no longer find his business online or at the physical address posted with this report. If you attempt to look up txxmotorsports, another website pops up called supersportz.com which is now in Riverside California. The last time I comunicated with him, he had mentioned that he would put my ATV up for a lien sale if I did not pay him the amount he was asking for. However, it has been a couple years since he said that and I still get the registration for the ATV. If he did sell the ATV, he has done it illegally and only demenstrates that he does not opperate his business legally and should have his business liscense revoked.
