This company was hired to do appointment setting for my company. They were paid up front by bank wire, and made all types of production promises. We were guarenteed that for the money we paid them up front, we would receive 99 appts. The promises were as follows: 3 appointsments/day/agent with a 3 agent minimum, a guarentee of double follow up for quality of the appt, a minimum merchant volume of 5k or more in credit card processing volume, a direct appt with the owner's of the companies, a daily phone conference to re-adjust the program as needed. None of this was done. The first day we received 6 appts out of which none were qualified. They were sending us to abandon buildings, making appts with waitresses, and not verifying any of them. When we started to complain we were assured that thigns would be fixed. We then started receiving more and more bogus appts. When we complained again, they claimed that they were having technical issues with internet connections, and stopped sending us anything all together. After about a month of receiving 36 supposed appts (only 2 ended up qualifying), they completely stopped communicating with us all together. We could not get return phone calls or emails. After two weeks of no communication, we received an email stating that this was due to some internet and server problems, but was completely resolved. We have never heard back from them since and have no way of recovering our funds from them as it was done by bank wire. This company has a worker/possible owner in Texas named "Joe Manzi" who was the one selling the services. He took over from a man named Omar Khan who did the same exact thing to many other business'. This man Joe is a total scam artist and will do and say anything for you to send him your hard earned money. Do not trust this companies lies and ridiculous promises, they will end up stealing from you! They give fake references as well so if he tells you to call someone named "Tudor" then don't believe him either! These guys will promise the world and then laugh at you when you send in your money!
