Jim painted our house in 2008, he told us that this product would not crack, peel, fade, or blister. Needless to say it has done all of the above. When they were supposed to start painting they did not show up when they were suppose to, they said due to the rain they got delayed on their other houses they were painting already. So they started a week later then they were suppose to. We have been trying to get him to warranty it now for about 3 years. He finally showed up and took all the extra paint that he left to us originally and said he would be back with new paint. He has not showed or called us. We had contacted a lawyer who sent notice that he had to do the warranty work, His response was that he did not have to do the warranty work because they company that made that paint has gone out of business. And he told our lawyer that there was nothing he( the lawyer) could do to him. HE also said go ahead and take him to court we wont get a dime out of him. Customer service is non existent after he gets your money. And good luck trying to get him to come back to do any kind of warranty work. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
