Well, let me start by saying I appreciate other people that have done their research on David Mitchell. I did some research of my own and found out his record is much worse than the report mentioned above. Maybe because it was under James David Mitchell ?(His given name) Man, this guy's record is unbelieveable. He has been found guilty for possesion of an illegal firearm, larcony, First degree felony, Second degree felonies, Third degree Felonies, Government Fraud etc.
He has been in and out of the State pen during the last 20+years. This is all public information.I believe it was 14 different offenses that he has been found guilty for. He also has a couple bankrupcies in there too. Most of these offenses were business related. He is not someone to be trusted. He is a smooth talker and likes to hit on the ladies too. I have witnessed it myself! Watch out people I will never do business with this guy again.
