| True Credit Build is a SCAM. They target Entrepreneur with no business credit with promises of obtaining business credit without using your personal information. I spoke to 3 representatives. ALL 3 claimed something different but their main claim was that I would have to get an account with one of their vendors. Once I' approved for the account I could business ANYTHING I want with no purchase requirements. However, once True Build Credit got my money they claimed that they will give me a list of vendors and I would have to call apply for a account/invoice. In some cases I would be REQUIRED to pay up front. And that I had to choose a product of $50 or more. They claimed that a representative would be assigned to my case but I could never get in contact with him. My calls always went to voice mail. I spoke to my rep ONCE and was not please and became convinced that their service was not for me. Now they claim they don't give refunds. This company is a BIG SCAM. They fed off your desire to want to build credit for your business. At the end your better of building credit yourself. |

| I paid these people 750 to get me some business credit so I can get a loan. It has bin over 6 months nothing. My Dun and bradstreet is still where it was 6 months ago. They say you can get a loan based on business credit not personal credit not true. They do not return calls or email me back..SAVE your money.. |

| They promised me corporate credit in 6 mos or money back. 3 different reps and 2 yrs later and nothing. Won't return calls or emails. Stay away. |

I contacted TrueBuild several times and gave your office a notice to cancel our contract with your office sometime in April 09, 2014 for Credit Consulting Service your company (TrueBuild Corporate Credit) promise to remove derogatory information from our business credit file (Dun & Bradstreet and Experian credit file). We have sent several e-mails to your companies email address to following employees Stephanie Grimmell, Chris Johnson and Mike Berrien.
I also sent several letters and there has not been a refund credit back to our credit card and we have requested your office to do so n several e-mails and telephone messages. I have copies of several emails dated for April 09, 2014, April 10, 2014, April 11, 2014, April 15, 2014, April 28, 2014, April 29, 2014, May 29, 2014, May 30, 2014, July 10, 2014, August 18, 2014 and September 10, 2014.
However, there was no work initiated on our credit file nor were there any other services and your office has ignored our calls and emails. On your TrueBuild website promises clients Corporate Credit of a minimum of $50, 000 in corporate funding or lines of credit.
TrueBuild has breached their Contract Agreement due to our agreement outline because of TrueBuild false promises and advertisement because your office knew our corporate file was damaged so why did your office continue to prolong our request for a refund.
I asked TrueBuild several times to refund the charges and your office refuse to do so because TrueBuild was no able to do anything with our file because the file was damaged and if your office knew our file was damaged why did your office wait to contact our office after receiving our payment then waited over 3 weeks to return our telephone calls. Therefore, the following entities listed below need to notified about this matter.

I was charged $500.00 for their services but we all need to start a Class Action Law suit to get their attention because I requested for a refund and there has not been any response!
