got the information for Triple 7 from http://moving.com. By far Triple 7 was the cheapest ($1,000 quote vs. PODS at $4,000I. regret the day I sent them an email. Initially, the customer service was outstanding. The turnaround time was stellar. I had sent three specific e-mail communications requesting a target date of June 25th. I clearly understand that a delivery date cannot be guaranteed. However, I did repeatedly request that we do everything possible for that delivery date. The communication after my items were picked up was terrible. I left several messages with dispatch. I finally called Elliot, who provided the quote, and he said that he couldn't help me. I was concerned that no one had reached out to me to provide and update on the delivery date. I started searching for Triple 7 and found many, many, many negative reviews. When I spoke to Elliot about this he said (very condescendingly) that those are their competitors posting bad reviews. A cardboard wardrobe was requested to keep my business suits vertical. I opened the box and didn't see any bar going across the top. They had just dumped the clothes in the box. They were not hung. Also, many of my tupperware storage bins were bashed in. I would never use them again. Nor would I recommend to my worst enemy! Avoid at all costs. Sometimes cheaper is not better!
