Allegience Communications Worst Cable company ever!!!!! Internet

Moved here 2yrs ago from New England and signed up for allegience cable internet and Phone. Initial installer came from texas as a subcontractor. Left huge mess and had wires running all over the place without making sure everything worked. I called and was told the wiring inside the house wasnt there responsibility. Since then I have had disconnects over and over for just about the whole two years. I have had at least 20 service calls and had equipment changed out at least 5 times. Not only would they not show up when scheduled (while I took time off of work to be there) now they show up unanounced. The three worse techs I have had include one that couldnt fix the problem with the internet so he sat down at my computer and called his buddy to make lunch plans at Buffalo wild wings. The second opened the attic hatch on the outside of my house which wieghs about 55lbs and left it resting on the GAS piping, he left and said he would send someone else over, 2hrs later we get a call that the next tech will be out in 3 days!!!! Once the third tech came out he couldnt find the bearing wall to snake the wires down so I had to drill the hole for them.
It is an outrage that this is the only company we have or can have here is Shawnee, its time someone put an end to the mess. Tonight I was watching a football game with some friends and my box froze up for the 2nd time this week. I call and get the usual rude ignorant non tech in the Customer Support Dept who doesnt know whats wrong and I have scheduled another visit from the tech squad for thursday!!!!! We as customers pay quite a bit for very little in terms of service and quality. It needs to end!!!!!
