My Trex Composite Decking has turned black mold. I contacted Trex and they told me what to use. It is still black. This item was to be maintenance free totally. This item doesn't do what it was supposed to do. Also it gets very hot. Black mold on a deck is not acceptable for maintenance free product. And I see it on line happening to many people. I think they have changed what they sell now and put some kind of sealer on it or something. Is there a class action regarding this? If not there should be. I reside in NY. I saw something in CA there was a class action regarding this product. I reside in NY area and wonder if anyone knows what to do regarding this situation. I do not know how to find out or what to do. I have called Trex a number of times and just get the run around. I am not supposed to have to scrub this item or anything at all and that is why I bought it in the first place. It is supposed to be guaranteed to be totally maintenance free when I purchased it and had it installed. Would like to hear from you if you have the same problem with this decking. Or if you have info. as what to do regarding this situation. Thanks
