I was contacted by phone. Said his name was Mario. Asked me if I owned a timeshare I said yes and he proceeded to tell me this TRANS AMERICAN SERVICES would advertise it so I could sell it. First price was $3,000. Said No. He would not give up. his magical price came down 3 more times to $1200. I said I wanted to see properties listed on the system and see what the customers were getting for results. This is where it begins to smell. The Web Site www.transamericanservices.com is quite amateur with 4 properties listed. What ? 4 properties??? this came to quite a surprise since they had been in business for years Mario stated. Really ??? I then went to FL corporations site and look them up only to find they opened only 5 months ago. Mario would not stop asking for a credit card. I asked for a list of advertising they did for other customers and got only double talk. As it turns out this company does advertise, the problem is they do not advertise even ONE customer's timeshare, They only advertise their own name as proof in the Dupont Registry. This is one of the oldest scams in the world. Most of these companies operate for a year and get closed down by authorities or they run their lists dry and reopen under another name. I am sure this company follows the rest. Transamerican services is a total scam. Do Not give these people your credit card under any circumstance !

I just checked www.transamericanservices.com website. they have more than 4 properties but no contact information.

Maybe trans american services is rerenting or selling as brokers without a license.

the same happened to me i was contacted by a woman she told me that i could rent the property after a while on the phone with her and a couple of no's a guy named dennis came on said he was known as mr c in the industry . he told me that he was dealing with corperations and that he could get it done in 90 days or sometimes less they showed me a websight with a film of a meeting that i think was terrible they have been reported to the department of agriculture 4 times and have had to defend them selfs already
