On 09/11 I got load from Brent Dean From TQL, he will say one thing just to make you take the load , but when it comes to paying money he says different story , my truck loaded Saturday and he said that unloading will be Monday , when my drivers got there on Monday ( from west coast to east coast) there were no appointment set up, he keep on telling on they will unload you in 2-3 hours , When I called in the delivery they told me that no one called to schedule appointment, I had to do it myself, my truck unloaded Tuesday 10 pm... when I called Breant Dean to make sure heâ€™s going to pay for delay of 50 hours (I had two stops and both without appointments) he said oh your truck was late its suppose to unload 6 am, ... The problem was that, that Delivery only unloaded 6 pm to 3 am and they never have morning appointments, so I told him That, and he just laughed in my face and said i wonâ€™t pay you and there's nothing you can do. , and also he did not cover lumper fees, which i ended up paying out my pocket. HES VERY MEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM TQL ITS NOT WORTH ED THAT THEY WILL PAY EXTRA 500 BUT THEY WILL MAKE SURE TO TAKE THOSE 500 BACK , BELIEVE ME.. BRENT DEAN ONLY THINKS OF HOW TO MAKE MONEY FOR HIM, HE DOE NOT CARE ABOUT CARRIER
