I called & spoke to Lacy who is a so called manager she was nasty, rude & down right smart ass.She told me shed could not order the disc her computer was not working & togo online & purchase it. I told her ifI couldgo online I would not need the disc. I told her I had surgery & couldn't go to someones house to use their computer to order it, all Lacy did was to make smart a** rude remarks & then hang up on me.

I called them 4 different times & no matter who answered the phone they were the manager & their was no one higher then them to talk to. I had to wait on hold according to there recording only 4-5 minutes bet it was alway 25-35 minutes.

I called back within a hour of ordering the disc & they told me they couldn't cancell my order the computers would not let them. When the disc came I refused it & it went back to Toshiba, I called to make sure they recieved it & to credit my card the $24.95 & the women I spoke with said they do not refund any money even though they have the product back & that the $24.95 is the cost of shipping a disc & hung up on me again. No one ever told me that there was no return of refunds.

Don't order anything from Toshiba unless you really need it or they will screw you out of your hard earned money . I would think twice about buying any Toshiba Product.

They are one of the rudest &nastistcompanies I have ever delt with & not to refund you when they have the product back is outragious. Their a multi million dollor company
