Here is my experience where my credit card was charged with out authorization. I responded to a listing on social living for a free assessment and two weeks free trial boot camp class for a penny. After I provided my credit card information I was given as assessment at Top Level Fitnessâ€™s Naperville Location, and was told that I could schedule two free weeks of boot camp classes. If I canceled before the end of two weeks I would not be charged anything minus the penny. Well after about the first week I felt the classes did not have enough value. You are basically put in a room with no equipment and told to do just basic body weight exercises. So I canceled and followed all of their clerical procedures to ensure that my credit card would not charged and be out of their system. The owner Zack told me personally everything was fine and that I would not be charged for the next month. The company lied, sure enough my card was charged and it showed up on my bill. I am in the process of trying to get my money back through social living or considering taking legal action. I and many people I know have had bad experiences with things like this, from charged accounts that never get resolved to identity theft. They are betting that you will forgo the charge and theft instead of pursuing costly legal action. Stay away from this company. I found out that they have already changed their name and location multiple times. For instance they used to be Fit Body Naperville. The word is getting out about Top level fitness in Naperville and Chicago. They are heavily involved in credit card and identity theft while also stealing the intellectual property of the Fit Body Franchise. They are trying to fool new consumers and potential clients by changing their website, locations, and phone numbers.
