San Diego realtors Tony Troxel, Barbara Bolla aka Barbara Troxel, and Child Molesting witness Ken Bourke are in San Diego Superior Court for comitting a hata crime against a neighbor. Each Tony Troxel, Barbara Bolla, Barbara Troxel all lied during their deposition stating they did not enter the property of the victim to assault her. What they didn't know is their conduct was caught on tape! This case is now in trial. After watching the news about the San Diego hate crime, if they have the case on video and sent this woman to the hospital, I hope the jury awards a lot of money to send a message to other people who believe they can victimize people without consequence. The message is clear, enough is enough. People who would throw a trash can into a 70 year old woman's car while trying to flee is all I would need to find for the plaintiff. Someone who will victimize a next door neighbor will look down on and do the same to other races. To add insult to injury I looked up the defendants. It looks like Tony Troxel defrauded some real estate clients and is friends with a child molester as is Barbara Bolla You are the company you keep! It is unfortunate insurance defense attorney Joe Barr needs to represent such people. The economy must be bad to represent these people.
