| Zac Ripper takes peoples money and does NOT do the work! Homeowners are left to clean up his messes and he just moves on! He opens another business under another name and steals more money! He has done this in Peoria, Illinois with Illini Siding and Window - he was charged with home improvement fraud. He then opened up Brooklyn Brothers Home Improvement! Then he moved to Denver, North Carolina and opened up Tip Top Home Remodeling! He's written bad checks all over town. He owes contractors and vendors tens of thousands of dollars! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!! HE IS A scam! SCAM ARTIST!!! |

If you are a homeowner - you can file a claim with the Attorney Generals office. Most people just don't know what to do when Home Improvement companies take their money and disappear. Here's the link: http://www.ncdoj.gov/Consumer/2-2-12-File-a-Complaint.aspx

| Zac Ripper took my money too. He has been doing this scam for awhile. He even went so far as to tell me and my husband that he had cancer. We are now out $3500.00 because of this man. And we are old and trusted him. He took money from our neighbors too. But what can we do? |

Call me - 704-607-8350. I will walk you through the process for filing a complaint with the BBB and with the Attorney General. They will do an investigation and he will be made to pay restitution to you.
Please have your neighbors contact me as well. The more complaints that are made, the quicker the Attorney General and BBB will start the investigation and give you some relief!

Zac Ripper also ripped us off to !!!
On August 13th we gave him a down payment of $2400.00 to do our new roof
He has lied to us evey week until about 45 days ago when he switched his cell number and disconnected his office number. We cant find his office and cant find him anywhere. My Son even went to the address we found on Goose Point in denver and its a gated drive and he could not get near Zac's Mansion !!!
I personally know of 2 other neighbors here in Concord that he has done the same thing to.
How can he do this to so many people and no one will help us ??
