TIMESHARERENTORSELL.COM Criminal!! Scam!! Withheld information! El Cajon, California |

I was phoned back in June 2010 regarding selling or renting my timeshare. I didn't want to sell but renting would be fine as I'm not there all year of course. I was "sold" a rental agreement for 600.00 with a 6 month refund policy if it was not rented within that time frame. I gave a verbal to get it going and was told that there was nothing more to do. Ididn't have to send the hardcopies back but that they were for my records. I had one authorization form to send which I faxed back. Come 6 months and no word, no rental and it's now Dec 2010. I was told that I didn't send my auth form. I could not find my fax log so sent it in again. Apparently, they received it as I doubled back to be sure. I called them at the new 5 month mark in May 2011 to see what was up with my rental. It's listed but no bites. I call today 6/22/11 after receiving a measly check for 117.00 for an alleged "rental". I asked today for the date and location of that rental which my check was sent from and they told me at the "corporate" office that they did NOT need to provide that information as they upheld their obligation byt renting my timeshare out withing the 6 month time frame. So this is what I find miraculous. No rental in the last year and in the 11th hour they pull a rental out of their hats?? This relives them of paying me my 600.00 back and this points directly to incredible scam! This is not transparent and why wouldn't I be able to have their books audited for this "rental" information?? Because...it didn't happen? Or one of their folks rented it for one night and pocket the rest of my hard earned money...which I know they aren't working hard at all to rent for me. IT'S LIKE A GINORMOUS HOLDING COMPANY! CAN YOU SAY CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. THEY AREN'T NOR HAVE BEEN FOR SOME TIME ACREDITED BY THE BBB. CAN YOU SAY D++++++?? I am stunned that a fraudulent entity like this can ever be in business for long without doing prison time. It may time to band together to work these people over like they have worked us over! |

I can tell you that most timeshare owners do not realize their timeshares are niot worth very much after they buyn them. Try and get the company that you bought it from to buy it back even for a penny and they won't.
The timeshare companies that sell new ones for 15-50, 000 dollars are the real crooks.
In regard to renting a timeshare.
The industry for a week is between 50 and 100 dollars a day.
So you got a 117 dollar ayment for o couple of days??
I can tell you that is the best any timeshare reseeler ahs ever done that I have heard.
Most take your money and then you never hear from them.
Go look at resorttime.com and see the going prices.Go to RCI .com and see their rental prices..
