I was contacted by this company to take part of individual lawsuit to get all of my money back that I paid for my timeshare at South Beach Resort in SC. While I hate this company and the new managing company, Orange Lake management in FL, I also have to tell everyone that TimeShareCounsel is just as bad. They take your money, then only send some emails. Tell you to do all the legwork by filing complaints. When a complaint is responded to by Orange Lake and you question them on anything you get a very rude email, we are sending your 399 back, good luck in teh future. Should be complete in 30 days. No explaination, no nothing. no replies to questions, and most importantly, no $399 has been returned yet!!!! The main person is Frank Masters, but you will be told to email everything to Judy Lark. Now I am 3 months late on my maint. fee because I was told while in a legal dispute you do not pay any maint. fees because you can't get that back during the lawsuit. Well now I was told I am not in a lawsuit. I can only put my number on the donot call list to stop the harrasing calls. Well guess what, the do not call list does not cover companies contacting you for late payments. Go figure Frank. Seems you would understand that!
Give my money back and leave me alone. I bet you really never got someone any of their money back from Orange Lake or South Beach.
Prove me wrong and send my money back to me asap. you can even put it back on my credit card if you would like. Just call me 252-xxx-xxxx

| We also are not getting any response from them. They have changed their phone numbers, are not returning phone calls, and now said we need to contact an attorney even though their website states that they work with attorneys to solve the problems. Very FISHY! Frustrating to be promised one thing and done wrong once again in the timeshare industry! We are also owners at Crown Park and feel very discouraged that we were taken advantage of with them but now this...UGH! |

| Same story here, very short and rude emails from Frank. No verification of anything being done, not one document can be provided. We too have gotten behind on fees and are out $399 to timeshare counsel. I just people would stop preying upon consumers who work hard for every dollar they make. We bought a timeshare in TN and were happy until Orange Lake bought them out and increased fees and reduced services and member benefits. |

| Well...here's another sucker! Contacted by Jack Wilson and Judy Lark and told that they would file in Virginia against Orange Lake for misrepresentation. Guess what???? Timeshare Counsel should be filed against for "MISREPRESENTATION and RUDENESS". After 5 months of harrassing phone calls from Orange Lake and $499 to Timsehare Counsel, we are no further along than we were. |

| Same problems here...does anyone have any new contact information for them? I can't believe I fell for this!! So frustrating. They suckered me in 8/2010...said my case would be completed before 01/2011 when fees were due. I'm out $400 as well, but now I have late fees with Orange Lake...with a payment of $800 due now...thanks for nothing Timeshare Legal Counsel! |
