They cancelled my acoount as they could not deal with the Canadain banks as they promised and promised a full refund. I am still waiting for the other 2/3 of the amount to be refunded and only took them 70 days for the 1zst part of the refund.
Would love to get involved in a class action againstst these guys. |

| Call the florida attorney general that covers Sarasota. There are wheels in motion against Rick Permamand and Nick Salerno. |

| I had called the attorney general office at the time I started suspecting a scam. They told me they had nothing on Timeline Debt Solutions (which is another name for R&N) Now they got my money, moved to California and said they would send my money to my creditors. I have not heard another word from them. |

| am making calls and filing complaints -would very much consider a class action on these guys. One thing I noticed after the fact I was scammed is that they do not date or sign ANYTHING. |

| I just hope you are wrong, but I can't get them on the phone. they are not turned off, they are off the hook. all three lines. I talked to Trina in June and she said some of the partners were moving. They asked me to stop sending the payments until they got through the evauluation period. They asked me to give them 30 to 45 days. I will be hearing from my crediors soon for updates. And that my payments will be going to them. So, Im giving them their time. I don't think it's a scam. I've been working with them for 2 years. I'm going to be positive. |

it sounds like you received the same letter I did. I had a letter first that I only had to pay them instead of Global Client Solutions 7~8 more months and the creditors would be paid off in full. Then I got a letter saying to pay them in June and July and they would evaluate the account. I sent my June payment and made a notation on the memo line with the owners names and got a letter one week later saying they will no longer be accepting payments and I will receive credit from my creditors. I got papers that I am being sued for the FULL amount owed.
I believe they sell your name because I have had numerous calls from other companies to work with me.
They changed the address when they went back to the name R&N but the phone has been disconnected.
I hope I am wrong for both of our sakes. Good luck and if I am right I would also like to file a class action suit on them.
You have been working with them for two years, but have they sent you any real proof that the creditors are working with them on your behalf? |

| Well I talked to them at the collections and they have not heard from Maya or anyone at Timeline for a little more than a year. Now I just received a letter to call global client solutions if no one else has contacted me to get a name of someone that would. They said in the letter this is the last time there will be any communication from them and they are sorry for any inconvenience. Are they joking?????? I am very angry at the amount of money they have kept and the number of people they ruined! |

| We had been making payments to them for a year. One of our creditors seized our bank account and we contacted an attorney. Ultimately our only option was bankruptcy because while we thought they were working with our creditors which they were not and none of our creditors were willing to work with us and by now the payments were so high we could not afford to make all of them. We are definitely interested in joining a lawsuit. We received letter saying the money we paid has been sent to our creditors but none of our creditors have received any payments. |

| I wish more would post. Do you still have the original contract you had with them? I will start doing some checking on a possible class action and see what I can find out. I will also set up a mailbox number because I really don't want to post my address at this time. Please check for posts and if you should do any additional research and find anyone else that has had the same issues let them know what our intent is. |

| I have had similar problems. They took almost $2500 of payments from me before they told me to stop making any more payments. I contacted legal dep't at Global Clients Solution who used to manage the account payments and they can't really do anything. They did not date the letter and they indeed changed address and disconnected e-mail and phone. In addition to FL Attorney general, we should plan on calling the FBI and have Nick Palermo and Rick Permamand. I believe in karma and their families will feel for what they have done to others. They need to be jailed as they have victimized lots of people. Can the creditors give us a break for we did not know this has been a scam from the start? Thank you all and may God bless us and bless the minds and the hearts of these felons. We should all file a lawsuit. |
