I was scammed out of $11,700 by Michael Davidi and Jason Smith. I purchased several watches to resell in my respective country only to be informed by the local Rolex Dealer that they were all fakes. I returned the watches in the same condition as they were shipped. Once it came time to redeem my balance I was told Jason Smith no longer works for Time and Gems. He was carrying out transactions for his own venture, ZP Watches. I was told an audit of all his transactions is being carried out and I would be informed if their are any remaining funds for me. The audit never happened and I was never contacted. I filed a case with the Better Business Bureau but they only acted as mediators and Time and Gems initially stated the same nonsense of me being patient while they carry out an audit. Now it has come to the point that they need assistance from Jason Smith to carry out the audit. Its all a scam and if you visit the website timeandgems.us you will see I am one of hundreds of people who have been scammed by these people. Please read the comments and feedbacks on this website carefully because majority feel the watches are very good replicas. When this is brought to their attention, they state its custom components. Please buyers beware and learn from our mistakes and misfortune. Do not do business with ZP Watches and/or Time and Gems and/or Watch Empire.
