Tim Frey, Alice Fazoolies Way to igniore the sexual assult that happed in the womens bathroom Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada

While Using the ladies bathroom at Alice Fazoolies in Richmond Hill, I witnessed what the Police have now identified as a sexual assault concerning a man in the ladies room. When I spoke to the manager Tim Frey abut what had happened and how uncomfortable it made me, his response was "So, what do you want me to do?" I was shocked and appalled at his attitude and behavior towards the safety and security of his customers. When I pointed out the man who had com out of the Women's bathroom and continued to sit at the bar and be served Tim Frey Replied "I didn't see anything". The Management team never went into bathroom to check that everything was okay or SANATARY, neither did they make an effort to confront or reprimand the patron who continued to sit at the bar and drink beer. Had I had known then it was as serious an issue as I know now I would have called the police right away and the suspect would have been caught. Now, thanks to the blatant disregard of the Management this creep was able to commit a crime and will probably get away with it without a second thought. Way to go Tim, you stood there and did nothing while a young lady was sexually assaulted in your establishment, and because of your ignorance he got away with it.
