Corrupt Baldwin Park Towing Service operated by brothers William and Jim Salazar steal public street / right of way. In the attached picture you can see how Royal Coaches Towing STOLE a Public Street among other illegal activities at this illegal Tow Truck Service / Body Shop. The street was stolen in order for Royal Coaches to park the hundreds of cars that were impounded illegally in the City of Baldwin Park. The corruption deepens. This Tow Truck Company is known for its corrupt activities as the sole provider of Towing Services in the City of Baldwin Park. City of Baldwin Park made $1.2 Million Dollars through Royal Coaches Towing. A City of 81,000 Residents making $1.2 Million Dollars on Towing? Corruption speaks for itself here. This company bribes local politicians in order to tow cars and operate illegally within the City of Baldwin Park. Documented Complaints to the City Council, City Planning Dept, City Code Enforcement, Lead Code Enforcement Officer(George Rodrigues: Who is now going to Jail: Marc Castagnola Head of Redevelopment / Head of Planning / Head of Code Enforcement did nothing.
