TheTsunamiEffect.Com James Williams, Fake Software claims to be a programmer, Internet
13th of Dec, 2010 by User453613
I purchase software from Mr. Williams on his website. The software does not function as described on his website. I had him install the software on my server, because claims to be a programmer. After it was completed tested and the software did not work. I contacted paypal about the matter. I found that paypal will not refund money for non-tangible item. All someone has to do is send you the item in a download and thats it your money is gone. Paypal will release the money to the scammer. In this case I lost $100 for software and $30.00 for installation charge to my server.

Dear Mr. Sherman Doss,

It is unfortunate that scammers like you try to ruin the reputation of software developers. Thousands of people have downloaded and benefited from The Tsunami Effect software. You attempted to buy and then "return' the software in less than 2 hours. Paypal did not refund your money because as they noted:

1. The software worked EXACTLY like it was described and we successfully installed it on your server; and
2. You have a history in your Paypal account of buying software, downloading it, and then asking for a refund. Paypal recognized you as a scammer as well as I; and
3. When you requested the refund, you were already (and as of 5/11) still using the software on your website.

Imagine that, who goes around using software that doesn't work? Scammers do!!

I print your name here, because only a coward an a liar would post anonymously. If you had been legitimately wronged, you would have used your name.

You told a disgraceful and despicable lie about being overseas in the Army in Afghanistan, when you were in Chicago, and you lied about your father being a CIA agent. You even attempted to impersonate your father when calling and writing to our office. Our company and Paypal have all of your emails on file. Any further attempt to slander or libel The Tsunami Effect and/or James Williams, will result in legal action. As you were told before, the Chicago Police Department has been notified about your fraudulent activities.
